Privacy Policy

In short. When you request early access, we collect your name, company, role (optional) and work email so we can confirm your request and tell you when Nodwise launches. We only add you to our list after you click the confirmation link we email you. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

NODWISE GRAPH TECHNOLOGIES, UNIPESSOAL LDA — a sociedade por quotas registered in Portugal, NIF/NIPC 519369653, with its registered office at Rua Cardoso Marta, n.º 5, 2.º esquerdo, 3080-012 Figueira da Foz, Portugal — is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@nodwise.com.

2. What we collect

Details you give us: your name, company, role (optional), and work email address.
Your consent record: the fact and time you ticked the consent box, and the version of this notice you agreed to.
Technical data, to keep the form secure: your IP address, the submission timestamp, and a bot-protection token (Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly — there is no challenge for you to solve). Used only for security, anti-abuse, and rate-limiting. For how Cloudflare processes this data, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We ask for a work email (free or personal providers are not accepted) because early access is aimed at organizations.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To confirm your request and notify you at launch — your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box and confirmed when you click the link in our email. For the launch email, consent is also the basis required under ePrivacy rules.
To protect the form from abuse — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service secure.

We do not profile you, make automated decisions about you, or sell your data.

4. Confirmation (double opt-in)

After you submit the form we send you one confirmation email. You are added to the early-access list only if you click the confirmation link. If you don't confirm, we don't keep your details.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers ("processors") that act only on our instructions, under data-processing agreements:

Resend — sends our emails and stores the confirmed early-access list, in the EU (Ireland).
Cloudflare — hosts this page, runs the backend that processes your submission, provides the bot-protection challenge (Turnstile), stores the confirmed record, and routes email for our domain. Cloudflare operates a global network; where data is processed outside the EEA, it is covered by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The bot-protection challenge (Turnstile, invisible mode) is additionally governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details until Nodwise launches and we have contacted you, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 24 months after you confirm. Requests that are never confirmed are not stored.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew).

To exercise any of these, email privacy@nodwise.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt — or with the authority in your country of residence.

8. How to unsubscribe or withdraw consent

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — clicking it removes you from the list and withdraws your consent. You can also email privacy@nodwise.com.

9. How we protect your data

The form is protected by bot detection, rate-limiting, and encrypted transport (HTTPS). Confirmation links are single-use and time-limited.

10. Changes to this notice

This is the early-access version of our Privacy Policy. When Nodwise launches, the policy at this same address will be expanded to cover the full product and offered in more languages. We version this notice; the version you agreed to is stored with your consent record. Current version: 1.0.
